For more than 30 years, Allison Megrath worked as a community planning professional helping local governments plan for growth, infrastructure, resilience, transportation, parks, housing, and economic development. That experience now serves as the foundation of our grant practice.
Today, Megrath Consulting focuses exclusively on grant strategy, grant development, and grant administration for local governments. While we no longer provide community planning consulting serivces, every successful grant begins with a well-defined project, and that is where decades of planning experience make the difference.
As an AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) and CNU-A (Congress for the New Urbanism Accredited) professional, Allison understands how local governments identify needs, prioritize capital investments, engage stakeholders, and move projects from concept to implementation.
